Since all our products are made to order (unless stated as "Ready to Ship"), delivery times can vary based on several factors. Due to the print-on-demand nature of our products, which are custom-made for each order, we can only accept returns and offer refunds for items that were delivered defective. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange a return and refund.

However, "Ready to Ship" products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund, excluding shipping costs.
